Linda Georgian passed away on May 1, 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale,
FL, from multiple myeloma. An internationally renowned
intuitive, author, and public speaker, Linda was born
on October 23, 1945 in Cleveland, OH, but had made her
home in South Florida for many years. She received a B.S.
in Education from Ohio University, and an M.S. from Florida
Institute of Technology, where her groundbreaking thesis
was "Nutritional Approaches to Learning Disabilities."
For seven years in the 1990s, Linda hosted the national
talk show-style infomercial "Psychic Friends Network"
(with her co-host, singer Dionne Warwick), which still
holds the industry record as the most successful TV infomercial
ever produced. In her life-long devotion to teaching,
Linda approached her work as a professional intuitive
as a way to educate and help people. That commitment was
the focus of Linda's four books published by Simon &
Schuster, including "Your Guardian Angels,"
popular worldwide and published in several languages.
As an international public speaker, Linda focused on health,
spirituality, and personal empowerment. Throughout her
career, she also gave private intuitive readings to thousands
of clients, including many prominent in entertainment,
media, and business, and she consulted with law enforcement
on missing persons cases. Linda was a frequent guest on
local and national radio and TV shows, and she appeared
on CNN, Entertainment Tonight, NBC Nightly News, Politically
Correct with Bill Maher, among many other television programs.
She was profiled by many newspapers and magazines, and
also hosted her own TV and radio interview programs in
Florida. She is now with the angels she firmly believed
had guided her throughout her life. Linda's life will
be celebrated at a private memorial with family and friends.
